Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3400 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other permitted means — you expressly and unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions contained in this document. Acceptance takes effect from the date you first access the platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of 3400's services following any amendment will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you take full responsibility for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user may only register and maintain one active account on the 3400 platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 3400 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. False or incomplete information may result in your account being terminated.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account will be treated as your own, unless you have promptly reported a security breach to us. 3400 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
- Report any suspicious access to the 3400 support team immediately.
- Update your password regularly to keep your account secure.
Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 3400 platform agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraudulent conduct, or anything that undermines the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure, as well as appropriate legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform without authorisation.
- Attempting to manipulate, cheat, or exploit any system, process, or mechanism on the platform.
- Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
- Distributing obscene, harmful, defamatory, or rights-infringing content through the platform.
- Taking any action that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the 3400 platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing any illegal activity.
3400 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, for any breach of the above rules.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 3400 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Available deposit methods include online banking transfers via FPX and supported local e-wallets. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change and will be updated from time to time.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance once confirmation is received from the payment provider. 3400 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems, bank technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control that affect transaction processing.
Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may require supporting documents in accordance with 3400's current policies. Any withdrawal request that fails to meet verification requirements may be delayed or rejected.
3400 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals. Current limits will be displayed in the financial section of your account. Users are responsible for understanding and adhering to these limits.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

The 3400 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 3400 does not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or free from interruptions or technical errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3400 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, text, images, and software on the 3400 platform are the exclusive property of 3400 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 3400.
Account Suspension & Closure
3400 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at 3400's sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Any valid balance in a closed account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with 3400's internal procedures, subject to the necessary verification and investigation.
Third-Party Links
The 3400 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 3400 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments & Applicable Law
3400 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be displayed on this page along with the updated date. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms.
Continued use of the 3400 platform following any amendment will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 3400 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate mechanisms under Malaysian jurisdiction. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
